The Reed Elsevier PLC Board consists of a balance of executive and non-executive directors. The four executive directors are: Sir Crispin Davis, our Chief Executive Officer, Mark Armour, our Chief Financial Officer, Erik Engstrom and Andrew Prozes.
The six independent non-executive directors working alongside them are: Jan Hommen (Chairman), Mark Elliott, Lisa Hook, Robert Polet, David Reid – who became senior independent non-executive director from 1 July 2007 - and Lord Sharman.
