We adhere to the recognised standards of corporate governance that apply to companies with shares listed in London, Amsterdam and New York. This includes the UK Combined Code issued in 2003, including the Turnbull revised guidance issued in 2005, and the Dutch Corporate Governance Code.
These codes stipulate that we must publish all relevant documents describing our governance systems.
